📝 Ingredients (for 2–3 servings)
- 1 cup of well-fermented kimchi
- 150g pork (pork shoulder or belly)
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 block of tofu
- Some green onion
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Salt/pepper (optional)
No pork?
No problem!
Tuna or sausage works great too.
🍲 Instructions
- Prep ingredients
Cut kimchi, pork, onion, and tofu into bite-sized pieces. - Cook the pork
In a pot, cook the pork over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until some fat comes out. - Add kimchi
Add kimchi and stir-fry together for about 3 minutes until soft. - Add seasoning & water
Mix in gochujang, gochugaru, and garlic. Then pour in 2 cups of water. - Simmer
Once it boils, lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. - Final step
Add onion, tofu, and green onion. Cook for another 5 minutes. Done!

No pork? No problem! Tuna or sausage works great too.
