📝 Ingredients (for 2–3 servings)

  • 1 cup of well-fermented kimchi
  • 150g pork (pork shoulder or belly)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 block of tofu
  • Some green onion
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt/pepper (optional)
No pork? 
No problem! 
Tuna or sausage works great too.

🍲 Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients
    Cut kimchi, pork, onion, and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the pork
    In a pot, cook the pork over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until some fat comes out.
  3. Add kimchi
    Add kimchi and stir-fry together for about 3 minutes until soft.
  4. Add seasoning & water
    Mix in gochujang, gochugaru, and garlic. Then pour in 2 cups of water.
  5. Simmer
    Once it boils, lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Final step
    Add onion, tofu, and green onion. Cook for another 5 minutes. Done!
