Beef bulgogi is Korea's representative food that anyone can enjoy easily because it is soaked in sweet and salty seasoning with soft beef. You can easily make it at home without any special ingredients, so even those who are new to Korean food should feel free to try it.
Simple and delicious beef bulgogi recipe
Ingredients (based on 2 servings)
300g for beef bulgogi (recommended thinly sliced fan meat or sirloin)
1/2 onions
1/3 of carrots
1 green onion
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Sesame seeds
marinade ingredients
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
a tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of cooking wine (delayed) (if not available, it can be omitted)
A little bit of pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
How to make it
Preparing ingredients
Prepare the beef thinly sliced, and shred the onions and carrots. Prepare the green onions by cutting them diagonally.
Making marinade
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, cooking wine, pepper powder, and sesame oil. Stir to dissolve the sugar well.

Add the sauce to the prepared beef and mix gently with your hands. It tastes better if you marinate the meat for 15 to 20 minutes so that the seasoning is evenly distributed.
stir-fry with vegetables
Put sesame oil on a heated pan and stir-fry onion, carrot, and green onion first, then add meat and stir-fry together. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes so that the meat is well seasoned as it cooks.
Finishing and plating
Lastly, sprinkle some sesame seeds for a savory taste. It's even better if you eat it on top of rice or enjoy it with vegetables.
